Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to every individual who accesses or uses ExamMint.in or any subdomain thereof, including all hosted tools such as resizer.exammint.in, verify.exammint.in, age.exammint.in, and jee.exammint.in.

How Acceptance Occurs

You accept these terms by simply visiting the platform or using any tool. No explicit click-through or signature is required. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your remedy is to stop using ExamMint.

Age Requirement

ExamMint is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and above. The platform is designed primarily for students and professionals preparing for competitive examinations. No parental consent mechanism exists because no personal data is collected from anyone.

Permitted and prohibited use

These tools are built for honest use by aspirants. Misuse is not tolerated.

Resizing photos and signatures for government exam applications
Verifying whether a university or college is UGC-approved
Calculating personal age eligibility for exam applications
Predicting college admission chances based on JEE scores
Using any tool as often as needed, without limits
Sharing the ExamMint URL with fellow aspirants

Prohibited Use

Creating fraudulent documents intended to deceive an exam authority
Impersonating another individual in an exam application
Automated or bulk scraping of platform content
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the tool interfaces
Tampering with or circumventing any aspect of the platform's operation
Using ExamMint for any commercial service without permission

Ownership, liability and changes

What we own, what we are not responsible for, and how these terms evolve over time.

Intellectual Property

The ExamMint name, logotype, visual design, and all tool interfaces are the property of the Kache infrastructure and its creator. You may not replicate, repackage, or redistribute ExamMint's design, branding, or tool functionality, in whole or in part, without explicit written permission.

No Warranty

ExamMint tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any tool output. Always cross-check results with the official exam notification.

Limitation of Liability

ExamMint and the Kache infrastructure are not liable for any damages arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to: rejected exam applications due to incorrect photo specifications, decisions made based on tool output, or service unavailability. Verify all output before official use.

Changes to Terms and Service

We may modify these terms or alter, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice. The "last updated" date on this page confirms the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. By using ExamMint, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
